Set Up

Sweet Dreamz will come and set up your food  in stands to be served to your guest buffet style. Serving utensils are provided . The delivery and set up of your chosen menu, tablecloths, chafers warming stands and serving ware by our staff. Once your event is over, we will retreive the catering display and any equipment used.               

With this option the requested food will be packaged  in aluminum pans compatible with the wire chafer/food stands for easy set up.

Set Up & Service

Choose set up style and Sweetdreamz will come and set up the event buffet or Family style using stainless steal chafer stands,Table cloths,  Serving utensils ,and other decor to dress table. If you have an event coordinator please be sure to include that to coordinate with  set up. Breakdown and cleanup is included. Standard service charge of 18% and catering  fees assessed per event
